MANUFACTURERS
We wish to cater to lot of manufacturers of Pharmaceuticals in overseas countries including Africa,
South East Asia, Latin America & CIS Countries. These manufacturers buy lot of inputs from India .
Some of these manufacturers are Indian Entrepreneurs who have created their own back up
companies who buy various inputs of raw material, packing materials, utility items, machine
accessories , Lab chemicals & even finished products which they do not manufacture in their
country. These Indian back office works as buying team for overseas manufacturers.
For the manufacturers who do not have such buying offices in India , Aaltop has created a model of
working as Buying agents for these companies to offer them smooth supplies of materials regularly
under a cost plus commission/margin model with transparency. This model works as follows:
- We get requirements of raw materials, excipients, packing materials, machine
accessories,Lab chemicals etc from the overseas plant & requirement schedule as to when
do they need this. Preferably a 6 monthly schedule of items is provided by manufacturer so
that we can plan a monthly shipment schedule leaving some space in containers for urgent
last minute requirements.
- Aaltop sources these items from manufacturers , suppliers & plans to ship every month as
per requirement.
- The Prices of all assorted items will be worked on the basis that overseas manufacturer is
not burdened with additional margin for exporter but actually gets a benefit of consolidation
of all items at one place thereby reducing overheads of handling individual items imports.
- Margin which Aaltop will charge on such exports will be very reasonable & transparent
method, exclusive of all transport, freight & clearing charges etc
- We could also add some of finished goods in OTC /Diagnostic/Surgical category of products ,
specially those products which do not require registration in these containers to make it
more viable for overseas manufacturers .
- We will provide actual purchase details of these inputs to make it more transparent
working.
- This model is being offered to other manufacturers overseas & may help in consolidating
requirements of few other manufactures in one country. Modalities of this can be worked
out based on comfort level of importer with other importers.

- Empty Gelatin Capsules.
- Printed Aluminium Foil, Plain Foil & PVC.
